The Property Management Corporation invites interested contractors to tender for the following projects.

PROJECT TITLE: Minor maintenance works at PMC properties.

ELIGIBILITY:

The following are eligible to tender under equal terms; Building contractor with class Three (3) and Four (4) certificate ONLY, having a valid license registered in the Seychelles.

The tender has been divided into Five (5) Lots.

Lot 1 – Minor renovation on one Block of flat at Ex Police Headquarters – Mont Fleuri.

Lot 2 – Minor renovation on one unit at Junction housing Estate.

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license upon purchase of the tender dossier and shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

SALE OF TENDER DOCUMENTS & CLOSING DATE:

Tender documents shall be collected at the Property Management Corporation, Cashier’s Office at Room No. 8 as from Monday 9th May  2022 from 9am to 2.30pm against a non- refundable fee of SR150.00 payable at the cashier office Room No. 8. Deadline to purchase tender documents is Tuesday 10th May 2022

Please note that it is mandatory for all bidders to attend the Information Meeting and Site Visit, failure to attend will result in disqualification of bids.

PERFORMANCE PERIOD:

Each Lot should be completed within a period of three (3) weeks.

SUBMISSION AND OPENING OF TENDERS:

Completed tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the Project Title clearly marked “Minor maintenance works at PMC properties.  ” on the envelope. Tenders must be deposited in the tender box located at Property Management Corporation, Ocean Gate House Room 04 before 10.00am on Monday 16th May 2022. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10.00am. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID(S) RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
