The Property Management Corporation invites interested contractors to tender for the following project.

PROJECT TITLE: CONSTRUCTION OF PARKING FACILITY AT THE CONDOMINIUM-   ILE PERSEVERANCE

ELIGIBILITY:

The following are eligible to tender under equal terms; Building contractor with class Two (2) and Three(3) certificate ONLY, having a valid license registered in the Seychelles.

PERFORMANCE PERIOD: 3 months

SALE OF TENDER DOCUMENTS & CLOSING DATE:

Tender dossier shall be obtained from the Property Management Corporation, Cashier’s Office,  Room No. 8 at Ocean gate House as from Monday 19th September 2022 from 9am to 3pm upon payment of a non- refundable fee of SR150.00 each. Deadline for obtaining the dossier shall be Friday 23th September 2022 not later than 2.30pm

           

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license upon purchase of the tender dossier and shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

PRE- BID MEETING/ SITE VISIT: A Mandatory Site Visit & Information Meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday 27th September 2022 at 10.30am. The meeting place shall be at the Existing Condominium-   Ile Perseverance.

Failure to attend the Information Meeting and Site Visit will result in disqualification of bidder during the Evaluation Process.

SUBMISSION AND OPENING OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE WITH THE PROJECT TITLE CLEARLY MARKED “CONSTRUCTION OF PARKING FACILITY AT THE CONDOMINIUM- ILE PERSEVERANCE” DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARAIT, 1ST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA BEFORE 11.00AM ON THURSDAY 6TH OCTOBER 2022 TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 11.00AM. ELIGIBILITY:

The following are eligible to tender under equal terms; Building contractor with class One  (1) and Two (2) certificate ONLY, having a valid license registered in the Seychelles.

PERFORMANCE PERIOD: 5 months

Any companies wishing to participate in the tender can collect the Tender document by Monday 22nd as from 9 AM at the PMC reception Room 4, Oceangate House Building until Wednesday 24th August 2022 by 3pm.

Pre-bid meeting and site visit: Thursday 25th August, 2022 at 9.00 AM,

The meeting point shall be at the Sans Soucis Layby near Kan-Tobruk housing estate road.

The following are eligible to tender under equal terms; Building contractor with class Three (3) and Four (4) certificate ONLY, having a valid license registered in the Seychelles.

The tender has been divided into Five (5) Lots.

Lot 1 – Minor renovation on one Block of flat at Ex Police Headquarters – Mont Fleuri.

Lot 2 – Minor renovation on one unit at Junction housing Estate.

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license upon purchase of the tender dossier and shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.
