If you do have a negative experience, please let us know about it right away as your complaints and comments can help us deliver a better service in future. We’ve made it as easy as possible for you to let us know if we get things wrong, so we have an opportunity to put them right.
If you’re not able to make a complaint yourself, ask a relative, friend, neighbor or your keyworker to do this for you.
We’ll contact you as soon we receive your complaint, to let you know the name of the person who will be dealing with it. Your complaint will be treated confidentially and we won’t share your details with anyone else without your permission.
